Last week, Sophie London brought a touch of British charm to Istanbul with a special lounge night at Johnny Walker’s Bar, located inside the renowned Zorlu Centre. As one of Istanbul’s most prestigious lifestyle destinations, Zorlu Centre is home to luxury fashion, fine dining, and a world-class performance hall. It was the ideal backdrop for a stylish, countryside-inspired evening celebrating natural beauty and self-expression.
Our theme embraced the elegance of English countryside soirées, and guests arrived dressed in tweed jackets, soft knits, and classic country hats - a quiet nod to timeless British style. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and subtly glamorous, just as we imagined.
We were thrilled to welcome a stunning mix of press, celebrities, influencers, and creatives. Among our guests were Aleyna Tilki, İpek Yazıcı, Serel Yereli, Berker Güven, Burcu Kıratlı, Serhan Onat, and some of Turkey’s most influential beauty TikTokers. The room was buzzing with creativity, connection, and a shared passion for skincare with purpose.
An Evening of Beauty, Style, and Inspiration
One of the evening’s highlights came from our Creative Director, Serel Yereli, who led a thoughtful activity. Guests were invited to imagine their dream skincare product - something they’d always wished existed - and write it down. These ideas were then placed into a bowl, sparking fun conversations and heartfelt wishes. But this wasn’t just a party game - at Sophie London, we’re already exploring how we might bring some of these ideas to life. It reflects how we create: inspired by real people, real needs, and real stories.
Later, Serel took the stage and shared a message from the heart:
“Everyone in this room has probably tried a treatment or two - and that’s okay. But at Sophie London, we believe you don’t need toxic or extreme procedures to feel beautiful.
